After 78 SANFL games and 81 goals in the Double Blue, James Mathews has called time on his SANFL career.
Debuting in Round 1, 2022 as player #1276, James quickly became a key contributor with his elite speed, creativity, and finishing skills. A 2025 Premiership Player and 2023 Grand Final Player, he consistently gave his all for the team and embodied what it means to wear the Double Blue.
