TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Unley Shopping Centre ‘Sturt Football Club Competition 2024’ (promotion) commences 7:00am (ACST) on Saturday 22 April 2024 and concludes at 5:00pm (ACST) Sunday 25 August 2024 (Promotion Period).

   2. Promotional week 2 – commences 7:00am Monday 6 May 2024 – closes 5:00pm Sunday 26 May 2024
   3. Promotional week 3 – commences 7:00am Monday 27 May 2024 – closes 5:00pm Monday 10 June 2024
   4. Promotional week 4 – commences 7:00am Tuesday 11 June 2024 – closes 5:00pm Sunday 23 June 2024
   5. Promotional week 5 – commences 7:00am Monday 24 June 2024 – closes 5:00pm Sunday 30 June 2024
   6. Promotional week 6 – commences 7:00am Monday 1 July 2024 – closes 5:00pm Sunday 7 July 2024

2. The Promotion is promoted by Unley Shopping Centre Pty Ltd ABN (61 966 572 635) of 204 Unley Road, Unley South Australia 5061 and Sturt Football Club Inc ABN (12 565 458 708) of 1 Trimmer Terrace Unley SA 5061
3. All entrants are subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promoter/s and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.

Prize/s:

4.The promotion prize is a Sturt hamper which includes a Sturt Football Club guernsey signed by the 2024 squad that has a value of up to $100.00
5. The hamper also includes a Sturt cap, Sturt draw string bag, and Sturt eco-keep cup from Sturt Football Club
6. All entrants will receive 2 x adult entry tickets via email to the following Sturt home game played at Unley Oval. Promotional Week 10 entrants will receive 2 x adult entry tickets to first home game played in season 2025.

Promotion Entry:

7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

a. Spend $30.00 or more in any single day during the Promotion Period at any single store in Unley Shopping Centre, excluding Coles and Woolworths
b. Agree to receive e-newsletters and communications from The Promoter/s and its marketing partner, Mailchimp.
c.  Complete the online entry form found at <INSERT URL> with personal details, retailer name, date of purchase, total spend, and Receipt / Tax Invoice number. Note Receipt / Tax Invoice numbers from the following receipts are not valid for the purpose of this Promotion:

i. Receipt from non-participating retails and Excluded Retailers;
ii. Receipt recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Promotion Period;
iii. Receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges;
iv. ATM or EFTPOS receipts;
v. Credit card or bank statements;
vi. Receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently.

d. Retain a copy of your Receipt / Tax Invoice for verification purposes.

8. Complying with Clause 7 constitutes one (1x) valid entry (Entry).
9. Entrants are entitled to multiple entries over the course of the Promotion Period but only one (1) Entry Form will be accepted per Receipt / Tax Invoice number.
10. Entry forms that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
11. Entrants found to be submitting multiple entries with the same Receipt / Tax Invoice number or false entries may have all entries invalidated.
12. Prize will be drawn as follows:

a. Valid entry will be randomly selected from the database of entrants.
b. The prize will be drawn the first business day following a home game played at Unley Oval (Commercial Name: Thomas Farms Oval) at 204 Unley Road, Unley, South Australia, 5061 at 10:00am (ACST) on the following dates:

i. Monday 6 May, 2024
ii. Monday 27 May, 2024
iii. Tuesday 11 June, 2024
iv. Monday 24 June, 2024
v. Monday 1 July, 2024
vi. Monday 8 July, 2024
vii. Monday 22 July, 2024
viii. Monday 29 July, 2024
ix. Monday 12 August, 2024
x. Monday 26 August, 2024

c. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email and must present a copy of their Receipt / Tax Invoice for verification purposes.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. 13. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they wish, subject to, and in accordance with, these terms and conditions.
   14. The winning entry must conform to all terms and conditions. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or misdirected Entry Forms. Entry Forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter/s reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter/s has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
   15. Any decision made by The Promoter/s in respect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   16. If a prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
   17. Proof of identity will be required to claim the Prize.
   18. By entering the Promotion, the entrants hereby give The Promoter/s authority to publicly announce their name at the time of the draw and at any stage thereafter.
   19. The Prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and is subject to these terms and conditions.
   20. If the Prize is not claimed within two (2) weeks of the draw, and a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the winner via details provided upon entry are unsuccessful, the Prize/s will be re-drawn on Monday 9 September 2024 at 204 Unley Road, Unley, South Australia 5061 at 10:00am (ACST)
   21. Unley Shopping Centre will never ask you to go to another page to claim a prize, provide your personal details or invite you to become friends with us on Facebook/Instagram. Please be wary of replicated/fake Facebook and Instagram pages. Unley Shopping Centre’s and Sturt Football Club’s Facebook page and Instagram handles are:
