Membership FAQs

When will I receive my membership pack?

If you purchased membership between September and early February you can expect to receive your pack between late February and the end of March.

If you purchased a membership in the middle of February, you could expect to receive your pack two to three weeks after the purchase date once the club receives your home or season passes from the SANFL.

The club aims to ensure all members receive their packs before the season starts. If this is not possible entry tickets to matches included in your membership will be provided to you until you receive your pack.

If you have any concerns, please call the Business Development team on 8271 4611 to check on the status of your membership pack.

How will my membership be delivered?

The club will mail your membership to your registered address. Where membership is purchased a week before the start of the season and/or before home games there will not be enough time to mail to you. In this case, we will contact you and you can collect on home match days from the merchandise stand near the main entrance on Trimmer Terrace.

What is a valid concession?

A current Pension Card (aged or disability), Veteran Affairs Card, or full-time Student Card for 2025 qualifies for concession membership. Senior Cards are not included. You are required to enter your concession type and number when applying for membership. Concession members may be asked to present ID upon entry on match day if requested.

Does my membership grant me access to away games?

If you have purchased a membership that includes entry to both Home and Away matches, you can access all Sturt Football Club home and away matches.

Why should I register an email address?

Sturt Football Club aims to reduce our environmental impact, and one way we do this is by minimising the need for printing and paper. Membership confirmations and tax invoices are sent via email. Additionally, email allows for timely communication about club news, special offers, and exclusive content.

How can I update my personal and payment details?

You must ensure that the club is provided with your current contact details. These can be updated by logging into your online account or contacting the Business Development team at 8271 4611.

Your username is located on the back of your member card. If you are unable to locate your card, contact the Club.

Can my membership be automatically renewed each season?

Yes, your membership can be automatically renewed. You can select this option when renewing your membership by selecting “auto-renew,” or you can call the Business Development team at 8271 4611 to set it up.

What discount do I get on membership?

Members receive discount on selected official merchandise purchased online, in our merchandise shop, or at the game day booth.

Does my membership include entry to trial games?

All SANFL trial games are free to enter for both members and non-members.

Grandstand Seating

The McKay Stand is available for Sturt Football Club members except for areas marked Reserved for opposition, the City of Unley box, and bench seating at the back of the Stand.

The Jack Oatey Stand is available to the general public except for seating marked reserved and the open-air box section

Access to the Thomas Room in the Jack Oatey Stand on Match Days

The Thomas Room is exclusive to President Lunch/function attendees until the quarter time break when it will be open to the public for the fourth quarter and post-game.

Finals Ticketing

Scan your members card upon entry at all 10 home games and receive entry to Finals Week 1 – 3.

If you are a Vice President Member, remember to use the same member card to qualify.
