Keith Dunn was a strong and skillful footballer who despite his small size at only six foot tall overcame a slow start to his career to develop into an excellent ruckman and when needed centre half back.
Dunn made his league debut for Sturt in 1927 and went on to play 74 games for the club and rarely played a poor one, he also represented South Australia on 3 occasions.
He finished his career at Sturt in style in 1933, not only winning the Magarey Medal, but also the best and fairest in the same year.
He moved to Victoria in 1934 and spent four years with Carlton in the VFL where he played 38 games.
