Sturt Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Malachy Carruthers.
At 185cm, Carruthers was pick #3 in the 2020 Rookie Draft for Sydney. He is a product of the Sturt talent pathway, playing in the Sturt U18 Grand Final team in 2020.
“It’s always a priority for us to welcome back our locally produced AFL players,” said Football Manager Chris Trapp. “Malachy will bring run and carry off half-back to the squad and a penetrating kick.”
