As part of the Club’s Double Blues Go Green initiative recognised recently when designated the first football club in Australia to be designated a plastic free precinct, the Club has partnered with Greener Events Pty Ltd to launch STACK-CUPTM on Saturday 19 September at the Sturt v North Adelaide game to be held at Peter Motley Oval.
STACK-CUPTM are a reusable, washable cup solution. The signature feature of the cup is a stackable handle so the user can carry multiple drinks in one hand.
A STACK-CUPTM pop up bar will be positioned at the northern goal end of Unley Oval where patrons will be able to purchase tap beer & wine. A $2.00 deposit is required per STACK-CUPTM. Patrons can either keep the cup or return and receive back their deposit.
Despite the Club transitioning to compostable take away containers, the reusable STACK-CUPTM will reduce match day waste whilst providing a great user experience.
We encourage you to bring along a deck chair to the game to comply with SA Government regulation requiring patrons to be seated while consuming alcohol.
