The Sturt Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of Daniel Schoell.
The 23 year old mobile ruck/forward is from the Onkaparinga Valley Football Club competing in the Hills Football League (HFL).
Winner of Onkaparinga Valley’s A Grade Best and Fairest Award in 2020 and 2021, Daniel represented the Eastern Zone team in the SA Country Championships in 2021.
Football Manager Chris Trapp said, “At 194cm and 95kgs, Daniel will provide a strong physical presence at aerial contests and around the ground. It is great to give a local player from the HFL a playing opportunity at SANFL level. He presented very well when we met with him and he is committed to working hard to succeed at the next level.”
