Congratulations to Alisha Gepp (sponsored by Luna & Sol Wellness Studio) & Izzy Kuiper (sponsored by Just the Freshest) on being named in the SANFLW Team of the Year.
Gepp first came to Sturt through the U17 Development Squad from Uraidla Football Club and played her first season with Sturt League Women this year.
“We have been consistently impressed with Alisha’s ball winning ability – in one game she took 35 disposals and finished the year with 191,” said Senior Coach Bruce Dawes.
Kuiper has been at Sturt since 2018, as a member of the U17 Development Squad and made her League debut in 2019. She was also a member of the 2018 Crows Academy and State U18 Squad.
“Izzy is a consistent performer who relishes the physical side of footy. Her around the contest pressure is elite.” said Dawes.
