The Club advises that Josh Patullo, affectionately known as “The Pooch”, will not play in Season 2020.
“While disappointing that Pooch will not play this season, we fully understand his reasons,” said Senior Coach Nathan Grima.
Patullo had returned home to Victoria after the postponement of training in late March. He advised the Club yesterday that the border controls and other uncertainties were the reasons for his decision.
Patullo has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Sturt, so this was a difficult decision for him to make.
The Club will stay in contact with Patullo who has indicated his desire to play again for Sturt.
