Sturt Women’s Co-Captain Georgia Bevan is a health and nutrition whiz, and has generously shared with us her Banana Chocolate Muffins recipe.

Bevo’s Banana Muffins
2 over ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, whisked
160g (small pot) Chobani Fit/YoPro Vanilla
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 cups wholemeal wheat/spelt flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g chopped dark choc/choc chips*
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Combine wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir through your dry ingredients, save your chocolate or flavourings until the end. Once your ingredients are combined fold through the choc chips.
- Pour into greased muffin tins or a silicone muffin tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or let cool, wrap with glad wrap and freeze individually.
*Can sub for frozen raspberries, blueberries or nuts
