2021 Indigenous Guerney Design – Part 1

This year the Club Indigenous Guernsey features the story of Jeremy Johncock, Wirangu and Mirning man and Sturt past player, as told by Pat Caruso, Eastern Arrarnte Graphic Artist.

Jeremy Johncock debuted for Sturt Football Club in 2007 and is now the Indigenous Programs Manager at Adelaide Football Club. He has joined forces with Pat Caruso, founder of We Create Print Deliver to design a guernsey that represented not only Jeremy but the Sturt Football Club.

“Each year the players look forward to donning the guernsey and we are very excited to share Jeremy’s story with our members and supporters,” said Sue Dewing, Sturt Football Club CEO. “The final product is one of our best yet and we can’t wait to see it on the field.”

Limited release of guernseys will be available for purchase after Indigenous Round.
